Yes! All of our pottery is microwave, oven, and dishwasher safe.

Unfortunately, due to the process of our handmade items, returns/exchanges are typically not accepted. However, if an item arrives damaged, feel free to fill out our contact form with a brief description and picture(s) of the situation/damage, and we will see to it that a replacement is sent out free of charge.

If you're wanting to check the status of an existing order, please feel free to contact us via email or phone, and will we be happy to assist in a prompt manner.

If a customer would like to change their order, they may do so provided the order hasn't already been started/shipped. If you would like to check whether or not your order has been started, please contact us using the 'contact us' page.

Yes. In compliance with Mississippi state law, every order will have 7% sales tax added to it if it's being shipped within Mississippi.

Average turnaround times for non-custom orders is approximately 25-30 business days unless otherwise specified in the product's description. If you have a question regarding specific turnaround times, please contact us via the 'Contact Us' page, and we will respond promptly.

We currently accept all major credit card providers, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm, and PayPal.

No. We only ship domestically within the United States.
